Cosmos and Nebula Series
This series is inspired by the Webb and Hubble images, cosmos, nebulas, and universe with my own interpretation and imagination.
By adding small dots of colors, I created a vibration. They oscillate and feel like moving back and forth, creating energy and visual movement. Aside from the meditative effect, adding these small dots is another metaphor for how every large system is the sum of its small parts.
Stars and the universe are made from the same materials that Earth and we are made of. In some pieces, I added Ashes from trees, Salts, Calcium Carbonate, Magnum, Mica, and more.
In my paintings, the same organizing principles across different series hold. A center persists. Lines and brushstrokes radiate and return. In the Cosmic Series, small dots of color accumulate into fields of textured light — a night sky understood not as void but as density, presence, vibration.
